Mobile Legends Gord is a damage over time mage compared to other mages. He is not widely played by many players due to the animation delays in his skills. However, he does have a short cool down duration for his skills. Coupled with his passive which stacks magic amplifier that does additional 10% damage, Mobile Legends Gord can be a devastating hero to go against.
Interesting Fact – Gord’s passive ability can stack up to 10 times, lasting 5 seconds. This technically means a potential of going up to 100% additional damage.

Gord costs 24000 battle points or 499 diamonds.
Emblem

Choosing the correct Emblem plays an important role in ranked matches. Be sure to select the correct Emblem before starting the game.

Gord Item Build #1 Enchanted Talisman
+55 Magic Power, +400 HP, +25 Mana Regen, +20% Cool down Reduction
Mana Spring: A kill or assist regenerates 20% of hero’s Mana within 5 seconds


Gord Item Build #2 Arcane Boots
+25 Magic Damage Reduction, +40 Movement Speed


Gord Item Build #3 Holy Crystal
+90 Magic Power, +25% Magic Power
Exterminate: After a skill hits a target, magic attacks will immediately increase 15%. The next skill damage will terminate this effect. This effect can last up to 3s with a built-in cool down time of 10s

+65 Magic Power, +40 Magic Penetration
Starlight: When HP is over 70%, the unique attribute for this equipment will increase 30%

Gord Item Build #6 Fleeting Time/Necklace of durance/Glowing Wand Situational based. I like to format my gear setting in this manner so that i can switch accordingly. Fleeting Time gives more magic power and cool down reduction. Necklace of durance is a counter for heal, which is useful in cancelling out regeneration effect. Glowing Wand simply provides more magical damage.

With Mystic Projectile and Injunction, Mobile Legends Gord possess great laning abilities by harassing opponents and clearing Minions within seconds. While his ultimate does not deal instant burst damage, it is great for slowing down and chasing down low health points target.

Gord Strategy (additional)

For the start, go either top or bottom and take the lane that spawns the turtle as it will help you gain more money if you can kill it, but not now. Focus on the task at hand.

Once the battle has begun and minions spawn, use your skills on them in order to clear the wave. After clearing the wave, find the nearest jungle monster and kill it for quick gold, use your combo in this one twice. Repeat what you did on the minion wave earlier and if the buff is not yet there, be sure to take it for an advantage.

When you reach level 4, clear the wave if it is not clear yet and the enemy heroes don't know where you are, then go solo turtle, this will help you gain money. Use this combo until you defeat it, 2-1-3. Keep attacking it using 2-1. When it’s all over, you should have half health, use regeneration, return to your lane and clear the wave.

When you finally bought your Ice Queen Wand, you should find enemies to kill off. Always look for someone that may need your help, if it’s mid, then go help them. Get turtle once it respawns again. It will help you gain money to be more dangerous in the game.

If you have an Alucard or any champion that is like him, use your ultimate in the stack of heroes that are close to each other. If you are caught in a bad situation, aim for the one that may be dangerous if fed. Finish him off!

Wait for the team and don’t proceed on your own especially if the enemy is fed. If you find yourself in a duel with mobile heroes, see if you can score a kill or two.

In the late game, you should be able to fend for yourself but don’t go split pushing! Go and support your team and aim for glory!

Battle Spells should be Sprint or Flicker for more mobility and escape mechanism. If you really love jungling, get Retribution, although it is not recommended.
